To reduce the risks of starting a business, consider franchising instead, a consultant said.

Franchising consultant and Filipino International Franchise Association founder Rudolf Kotik addressed potential Cebuano franchisees in a seminar on Thursday during the Cebu Food and Beverages Exhibition (Cefbex) held at the Cebu International Convention Center.
