Phoenix-based real estate brokerage firm HomeSmart International has entered the Colorado market with the launch of an 800-agent franchise in Denver, company representatives said in a statement Monday.
The new Denver operation is the 31st franchise that HomeSmart has launched across six states this year since it began a nationwide franchising crusade. It now operates in Arizona, Colorado, California, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
By year’s end, HomeSmart plans to open additional franchises in Nevada and New Mexico. It also plans to eventually operate in every major metropolitan area, company representatives said.
