Arbonne International – Compensation

At the end of the day, mlm residual income success for the distributor is based on how the compensation plan works. Certainly, consistent action by the distributor is also involved, some skills are necessary, and teamwork is important. But it doesn’t matter how hard you work if your compensation plan is not set up in your favor.

I’m not speaking here about what’s good for the company, but what is good for the distributor, without whom the company does not make any sales.

As you may have read from previous entries, I tried to do the business with Arbonne International. I love the products and still use many of them. But I cannot be successful with the compensation plan.

I have just started my Arbonne business, using as motivation the many successful women in this area, why were you having a problem with the compensation, haven’t heard that was a problem before?

I am also an independent consultant with Arbonne. I am very curious to know what your feelings are about the compensation plan, so please feel free to e-mail me at info@LisaDanielNetworkMarketing.com.

I am training my team members with no hype; only the truth about network marketing. And the truth is that you can be successful at network marketing, BUT IT WILL TAKE ALOT OF WORK over a period of time!!! The concept of network marketing is simple, BUT it is not easy!! Unfortunately, there are a lot of misconceptions out there, therefore, only the strong will survive.

    Keep your head up,

I loved the products, so I started as an Independent Consultant recently. I really enjoy getting together with people to socialize and talk about and try the products. I’m also making a few bucks. Would I love to be driving the white Mercedes? Yes! Am I okay getting discounts on the products and making a few extra dollars to pay some bills? Yes. So it works for me. I’m not sure I could make it a full-time thing, because I will not constantly pester friends and family to buy the products and/or join me in my business venture.
