Mary Kay’s Amy Rice Has a Goal: Pink Cadillac

It’s pink, it’s shiny, and it’s so Mary Kay. It’s the baby pink Cadillac Mary Kay Inc. offers to top-performing sales directors, and Amy Rice has her eyes on the prize.

The Fortson-based Mary Kay independent sales director has already earned a platinum Pontiac Grand Prix, which the beauty product company awards exclusively to directors with sales teams yielding impressive production results. But she is determined to drive what she calls the “trophy on wheels.”

“I’m working on it,” said Rice, who estimates she is about six months away from her goal.

Amy Rice, Mary Kay independent sales director, earned a Pontiac Grand Prix from the beauty product company last year after she and her sales team showed impressive production results. Rice -- who is in charge of 79 representatives - hopes to increase her sales team to at least 100 and upgrade to a pink Mary Kay Cadallac with in six months.
