Amway India Sales Up 9 Percent

The Hindu : Business : Amway India sales up 9 p.c.

CHENNAI: Amway India Enterprises, a leading FMCG company in the
direct sales channel has reported a turnover of Rs. 800 crore in 2007
against Rs. 738 crore in the previous year, a growth of 9 per cent.
Products under nutrition and wellness category contributed over 55 per
cent of overall business.

The company, which has commenced its tenth year of operations in
India, aims to achieve a 20 per cent growth in turnover at Rs. 950
crore in 2008.
