The executive vice president of operations for nutritional and skin care products company USANA Health Sciences Inc. sold 40,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Fred W. Cooper reported selling the shares on Monday for $32.10 to $32.73 apiece. Cooper also reported gifting 5,000 shares on Feb. 4.
