Tastefully Simple Reaches Agreement with Homemade Gourmet to Acquire Select Assets of the Company

Tastefully Simple, the original national home taste-testing company offering easy-to-prepare foods and gifts, has reached an agreement with Homemade Gourmet to acquire select assets of the company. This comes in the wake of Homemade Gourmet’s decision to exit the direct sales industry.
