“I am an independent beauty consultant who teaches women about the importance of using skin care and make up application tips,” Linda Leu said. “It’s one of those businesses that is really recession proof.”
She also works as a Mary Kay sales director and teaches other consultants more about the products and how to use them.
Leu started her business in 2001 and has sold Mary Kay beauty products to brides, college-aged women, mother-daughter groups and any other women who might need a beauty routine refresher.
“I love the ability to help make women feel special,” she said. “There is nothing more awesome than having a woman look in the mirror and cry because she feels and looks beautiful for the first time since she can remember. That is priceless.”
