Food Business Review:
Red Mango, a frozen yogurt brand, has appointed Mark Archer as its CFO. Mr Archer will be responsible for all aspects of Red Mango’s financial, accounting and administrative operations.
Mr Archer joins Red Mango with over 25 years experience in hospitality, franchising, multi-unit retail and other consumer-facing businesses.
Previously Mr Archer was chief financial and administrative officer at Allied Cash Holdings, where he raised over $72 million in capital to fund store growth. Throughout his career, Mr Archer has held several executive financial positions in businesses such as Coffee People Worldwide, Jamba Juice Company, and Del Taco, among others.
