Earlier this year, Brent Larson’s Novus Auto Glass franchise was honored with the exceptional customer service franchise award by Novus. He traveled to San Antonio on March to accept the honor. And in less than two weeks, he’ll head to Las Vegas to vie for another recognition in the Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO).
When asked if he’s excited about competing, he puts it simply: “Ten grand—who wouldn’t be excited?â€
Larson, who has been in the industry for 20 years, actually traveled to see the first AGTO in 2005, but didn’t compete then.Today, he spends his spare time reviewing the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard to prepare for the competition. Based in Sequim, Wash., Larson took over the family business when his parents retired earlier this year.
