For Milton Woman, Tupperware Is Much More Than Plastic Bowls

The Cabell Standard:

Tupperware has come a long way from plastic bowls and leftover storage.

Yes, the company still sells those essentials, but in new and innovative ways and with the addition of new products, such as the stainless steel “Chef Series” cookware and knife sets.

Tupperware also sells “Escence” hand lotion, dish soap, and hand soap. Other items include seasoning blends, such as Southwest Chipotle and Cinnamon-Vanilla, and scone, cookie and cake mixes.

Tupperware Director Dee Hatfield, of Milton, opened the Hurricane store, Tupperware Gifts and More, about five weeks ago to have a bigger place to sell built-up inventory, meet with her and her husband’s 40 active distributors, and have Tupperware parties. Inspiration Enterprises is the name of their distributorship.

“It is the best job I ever had in my life and I’m not kidding you,” Dee said.

In addition to setting her own hours, she discovered the amount of money to be made exceeded any other job she had. Plus, Tupperware gave her 25 new cars, so far, including licenses, taxes, and tires; she Ronnie and their girls have traveled all over the world; and the best part for Dee, is that she gets to help people.
