Linda Hout, a 30-year resident of Chautauqua County and an active member of the New York State Real Estate Auctioneer Association, is now an agent with Century 21 Turner Brokers, specializing in residential property sales throughout Chautauqua County.

Mrs. Hout graduated from Case Western with dental assistant training and worked with the Peppy Dental Group for more than 20 years. She chose to go back to college and graduated from the Walton School of Auctioneering and also earned a state Real Estate License. She conducts real estate auctions in addition to sales.
