Brenda Crompton ran a successful company for 20 years when she decided she wanted to do something new. While she did want to move into something different, starting fresh with a new startup was risky and not exactly what she wanted to do. When Brenda found Max International she knew that she had found the right company for her. What inspired you to join with Max International?

The #1 reason why I joined Max International is that the products had such a tremendous impact on my health and my quality of life that I had to take notice and evaluate the business opportunity. The #2 reason is that I had been evaluating product businesses for 5 years looking for the right opportunity where I could achieve my income and lifestyle objectives and this is by far the best business that I found.

How long have you been with them?

I started using the products in September 2008 and started part time in the business in November 2008.

What has impressed you the most about their product?

The incredible results I have had with my own health and the health of people close to me. Remarkable!

We have incredible support from people in this company. People that are drawn to Max International really want to make this world a better place. Whether they are associates at the top earnings levels, Doctors, or new associates, the people that I’ve met through Max International have given their time and shared their experience so that we could all do a better job helping others. Even the compensation plan is designed to help those that are new to the business. At Max, we genuinely care about helping people and we all support one another in achieving our goals. We also believe that people should be paid well for their efforts.

As an entrepreneur of your own company for over 20 years, I would imagine you’ve gained quite a bit of knowledge about business. How has that knowledge transformed to help your business with Max?
In my company for 20 years I was an expert in business models & architectures, and in evaluating opportunities in many different industries and applications. I understand the power of replication and repeatability in systems, and how that leads to profitability for all businesses. This background makes it easy for me to show others how the business works, and how to become the leader for their team and achieve their dreams.

I also understand the power of determination since I graduated high school living in a hostel on welfare and put myself through University to build my first business. Now with Max International, there is a vehicle that will allow anyone who is open minded and willing to challenge themselves, to achieve their wildest dreams, make great money and live anywhere. These are people I would like to have on my team.

What is the reaction you most receive from your customers?

Most people are surprised that the products work so well and so quickly. The next stage is gratitude for the changes in their own health and because I shared the product with them. It feels good!

What has the direct sales business taught you?

The direct sales business has taught me creativity, perseverance, and flexibility in approach & communication. People look at the world differently, and communication is about what the other person hears more than about what we are saying. Communication of value is the underpinning of a successful win-win sales transaction.

When someone approaches you with interest in becoming an Independent Associate, what is the first thing you tell them?

I prefer to ask questions so that I am helping people find their own answers. The biggest question is “what is your major reason for doing this”. Maybe it’s money, maybe it’s flexibility with time, or maybe it’s travel. Once we have a good answer then I help them come up with a plan that will give them what they are looking for.

How exactly, step by step, does someone become an associate with the company?

Candidates need to first call my business hotline at 1-800-641-5204 and listen to the 24-hour recorded message and leave their name and phone number at the beep. Third, we have another interview where it is determined whether Max International is the right fit for this candidate. Once that is agreed, the person is able to sign-up and become a part of our team. We have virtual and in-person training sessions and we support our team members in get started generating revenue for themselves right away. Wherever possible we have in person meetings and we use technology to support “virtual” in-person meetings using video conferencing.

I have one last question for you. What goals do you have for your business over the next year?

We have exciting goals for this business! I am looking to expand into 6 new cities, so that I can travel and help people make significant income helping others in their city. Another goal is to expand into the Philippines, Mexico, and Japan so I am looking for people with contacts in those areas so we can get started there.
