Five Star Painting is excited to announce its expansion with a new franchise owner, Bill McElyea, who recently decided to purchase within the Virginia market. Bill has a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Maryland and a M.S. degree in Educational Technology from Johns Hopkins University. After a 14-year teaching career, he also succeeded in running a service business in Delaware. Now retired with his wife in the Lynchburg area, Bill looks forward to building his Five Star business in the Lynchburg, Charlottesville, and Roanoke areas, while having the flexibility to spend time with his nearby family.
