New Building In Construction For Enterprise McDonald’s

The Enterprise Ledger:

There won’t be any egg McMuffins for a while since the long-standing McDonald’s building in Enterprise is being torn down in place of a new one.

Enterprise McDonald’s owner and operator Jerry Murphy said the building has stood for 33 years.

“It’s been here a long time, but we’re shooting for the new building to be up and running in 60 to 90 days,” he said. “It’s just according to the weather conditions.”

Murphy said the new McDonald’s will have a completely new look and design.

“We’ll have an indoor play area and new contemporary decor. The outside will have a new design with stone facade, so we’ll look like the other new McDonald’s buildings that have been built recently.”

The new business will include a two-lane drive-through and will stay open for 24 hours.

“I believe our customers will be happy with the end product of the new store,” Murphy said. “We’ll have the same great menu we’ve had before and I do want to thank all of the folks in Enterprise for supporting us all these years.”

A Grand Re-opening is planned when the new McDonald’s opens, Murphy said.

The current McDonald’s employs 60 people.
