In February 2009, the Lingua-World franchise received accreditation for the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 management system underlining the quality of the translation services it provides to businesses and local authorities.

The accreditation was carried out in accordance with the TÃœV Nord Cert process which took several months to complete. The company will also be monitored regularly to ensure it maintains its current standards.

The accreditation guarantees that customers will receive high quality translations, will help to further cement customer confidence as well as attract new clients. “Quality is very important – especially during these difficult economic times,” explained Nelly Kostadinova, managing director of Lingua-World. “Our employees take part in regular training programmes and top priority is given to quality management.
