On June 5th the newest Subway Restaurant located at 1521 Ambassador Caffery Parkway (corner of Eraste Landry and Amb Caff) will conduct a Grand Opening celebration. A portion of the proceeds from the day long sales will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana. Directors of the Acadiana Chapter of the Boys and Girls Club of America, Mr. Chris Martin and Ms. Lynn Lejeune, will be in attendance for the ribbon cutting ceremony. Other Lafayette Parish business leaders are invited to participate in the ceremonies.
