Helen Brown, campus relations manager for Vector Marketing: www.workforstudents.com/ Corporation’s northeast region, will be sworn in on July 1, 2009 for a three-year term as the president of the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE).
Brown, who resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and is a native of Honey Brook, Pennsylvania, is a 1993 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she received a BA in International Studies and began her career selling Cutco. Upon graduation, she continued selling Cutco, working as an assistant manager. After opening a branch office in York, Pennsylvania, Brown spent three years as a district manager in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. In October 2001, Brown was promoted to northeast region campus relations manager, where she is responsible for building positive recruiting relationships with colleges and universities in the northeast region.
She has been active in the EACE since 2001 and served as the organization’s treasurer from 2005 until July 2007.
