Town & Country Haus Franchise Launches In Holland

Town & Country Haus, a franchise system in the house construction sector, has announced that is has granted a master franchise licence to Town & Country Huis B. V. which is based in the Dutch city of Lengel. As a result the German system is looking to expand its concept on the Dutch market. “We believe there is great potential in Holland for our concept,” commented Alex Pennington de Jong, who is the master franchisee together with his partner Theodorus Jansen.

Town & Country Haus has been active on the market since 1997 and offers its customers a range of houses based on 30 basic designs. It has succeeded in positioning itself as one of the market leaders in Germany selling the largest number of brand-name houses in the country over the last two years. The company currently has 330 franchise locations in Germany as well as in seven other European countries and has an annual turnover of 346 million euros. According to the company, it has constructed more than 13,500 homes.
