Coffee lovers in the city have much to celebrate about because of the opening of the latest coffee shop in Iloilo–Kopi Roti, at Smallville. Kopi Roti revolutionized the new concept in the art of enjoying coffee blended to perfection bringing in the flavor of Malaysia, a taste of Singapore and the charm of Manila.
Kopi Roti, the fast growing coffee-deli resto chain, was conceptualized in Singapore years ago. It started with Kopi Tiams (a Malay word for coffee shop) started catering to a very demanding clientele, locals who knew how coffee should be blended the Asian way and demanded nothing but the best at a reasonable cost.
As with any good coffee, Kopi Roti also prepared tasty breads and selection of appetizers that are delightful – each with its own Asian flavor.
