Richmond Times Dispatch:

In the ever-changing world of fashion, you must be able to evolve and not be afraid to take chances. So says Hank Greenberg.

Greenberg is putting his money where his mouth is.

Greenberg is taking Coplon’s women’s apparel store in the River Road Shopping Center in Richmond, moving it to Carytown and changing its name.

The new store, scheduled to open next week, will be in the Cary Court Shopping Center.

It’ll be called Roan.

“It’s time to be new, be fresh and embrace our role as a local leader in the global community of fashion and style,” Greenberg said.

Greenberg said he decided earlier this year to move the store and change its name because he wanted to be closer to the city’s “soul.”

“There is a younger energy in Carytown,” he said. “It’s not the youth. It’s the energy.” More.
