Pizza Cottage is growing again with a new location set to open on Thursday in Pickerington.
The new location, 1000 Old Diley Road, will have 6,000 square feet, making it the largest of the four restaurants in the chain. The restaurant will employ up to 80 part-time employees.
“You can’t beat their pizza and spaghetti,†said Margie Diley, a customer who eats regularly at the Lancaster and Buckeye Lake locations.
Pizza Cottage started in 1972 by Jack and Yvonne Gorham in Carroll when they converted a Coney-dog shop into the Pizza Cottage.
The restaurant in Buckeye Lake drew customers from all over central Ohio.
