How does your service work?
Documents are received at one of our 26 address in 19 different US cities. Once received, Earth Class Mail scans the outside, posts it to the online account, and send an email notification that new items have arrived. Accounts can have items sorted by department or recipient name, each with their own login access. From there, users choose to recycle, shred, forward ship, or open and scan the contents. Checks can even be electronically deposited into any United States bank account. Items can be saved, stored, and transferred online.
Do you have any new features or locations planned that will be coming out in the near future? If so, are you willing to give us a hint?
Earth Class Mail just released two new street addresses as of this writing. More addresses are expected to be announced soon. Future projects may include accounting software integration, user-based permissions, and smarter character recognition.
What separates Earth Class Mail from the competition?
Earth Class Mail is the only comprehensive mail management provider. There are companies that specialize in some aspects of our service, a virtual PO Box, document scanning, parcel and mail forwarding, but no one offers the breadth of services at the level of quality that ECM does.

We strive to provide our service not directly to customers in the US, but to also continue our licensing model through Swiss Post across the world. We also hope to attract interest from the USPS as we feel we have a very compelling offering to assist them in driving cost savings.
Do you have any advice for entrepreneurs that are just getting started into business?
Make sure that you are passionate about your idea and start as small as possible from a fundraising standpoint. Other people’s money is very expensive.
