The Oahu franchisee for self-serve frozen yogurt company Yogurtland has put her three locations up for sale.
Charlin Johnston has listed her University Avenue location for $1.25 million. The 3,367-square-foot space, near the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus, previously was a Volcano Joe’s restaurant before Yogurtland opened in mid-2008 as Oahu’s first fro-yo spot.
Johnston’s other two locations — in the Hawaii Kai Towne Center and Times Square Shopping Center in Pearl City — also are for sale.
