Foreign knock-offs of American toys often wind up inadvertently parodying them. The low production value of a zombie-esque action figure and hilarious typos resulting from poor translation can almost make a toy more entertaining than the real version.
Here are a few toys Urlesque.com collected.
‘Spader-Man’ instead of Spider-Man. I wonder if actor James Spader was involved?
‘Special Man’ instead of Superman. Well, he IS special.
‘Benign Girl’ instead of Barbie. No, honey your doll doesn’t have a tumor.
‘Robert Cop’ instead of Robo-Cop. His friends call him Bob.
