Franchise Solutions, LLC has just signed a lease and Kevin D. Romney, franchise consultant, helped negotiate the lease. The new office is located in suite 703 of Bayview Tower, an eleven story multi-tenant office building located at 400 Mann Street in downtown Corpus Christi, Texas.
Fredrick Perrin, President of Franchise Solutions, LLC, has stated that the new office is scheduled to open on June 1, 2010 and will be used by Franchise Solutions, LLC to: generate leads for potential franchisors, generate leads for potential franchisees, and direct certain franchise operations to be disclosed in the future.
Kevin Romney, an experienced franchise consultant with an outstanding history in business negotiations, helped the company secure the new lease. “This is an exciting time for Franchise Solutions.
