National and local restaurants are taking advantage of opportunities that exist in strong in town markets. In this economy there has clearly been an emphasis on the value that comes with the fast casual category and BURGERS are hot.
In keeping with those trends, Five Guys Operations, the corporate operating entity for Five Guys opened the thirty sixth metro area restaurant on June 17th at Sandy Springs Plaza in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This closely followed the opening last month of another Five Guys at Perimeter Place in Dunwoody by a franchisee. Steve Gunning of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Five Guys in both transactions.
