Former Eatery Ideal Opportunity For Fast Food Franchisee

New Zealand Herald:

Formerly a Pizza Hutt and, more recently, an Indian restaurant, a building in a high-profile position on Great South Rd in Papakura is being offered for sale with vacant possession by auction, offering an ideal opportunity for another fast-food restaurant franchisee to set up business in a strong catchment area.

“The position is ideal for a fast food premises with similar operations nearby, including a Wendy’s and Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets which flank this property,” says Tina Ah Chee, of Barfoot and Thompson Commercial. She is marketing the property for sale by auction at 11am on Wednesday, July 14 unless sold prior to that date.

“This is a good investment property as the area has growth in a stable suburb underpinned with community amenities and it is close to the State Highway 1 motorway.” Ah Chee says. “The KFC outlet beside it is undergoing expansion and an upgrade, which is due for completion in September.”
