CiCi’s Pizza In Portage Closes But Might Reopen

Kalamazoo Gazette – MLive.com:

The CiCi’s Pizza in Portage has closed, but an official with the pizzeria chain says the company is looking for another franchisee to reopen the restaurant.

A sign on the front door of the 677 Romence Road location indicates that business has been temporarily closed “due to ownership change.”

Kyle Smith, vice president of operations at CiCi’s headquarters in Coppell, Texas, said the restaurant, in the Shoppes at Romence Village retail center, closed in early June, but he declined to say why.

Kalamazoo-based Allied Capital owns the retail center and leased about 4,000 square feet of space to the former franchisee of the CiCi’s Pizza before the business was closed.
