Two local franchisees have done more than make a promise to offer the best rent-to-own products with the best service in town;
they’ve also made a commitment to the community. Scott McHale and Harry Pappas III, owners of the new ColorTyme, demonstrate another meaning to customer service with support both in and outside of the store.
Since opening their doors in September, the ColorTyme team has been a source of positive impact and charity. Currently they are encouraging all visitors to enter into a free drawing for a 50-inch plasma TV in celebration of the store’s grand opening.
“We have been given such a warm welcome by everyone, we thought a giveaway would be the perfect way to say ‘thank you’,†said McHale. “Our goal is to give customers the best rent-to-own experience possible, and going out of our way to make people smile is part of that goal.â€
