Local Business Get A Boost From The State Fair

Franchising.com:

The smell of deep fried foods, farms and fun are winding down across central North Carolina as the 2010 State Fair begins to draw to a close. As usual, the Fair has brought in thousands of tourists, and their wallets, from across the state and beyond. The State Fair is big business, and its effects are felt by small business owners well beyond the Fairgrounds – and even beyond the Triangle.

UNITS Portable Storage of North Carolina is a self-storage company based out of Liberty, N.C., serving Greensboro, the Sandhills, the Triangle and then some. The company is owned and operated by Sabrah Hardin. She is renting out five of her portable, weather-proof storage units to the Fair this year, which will be used to house equipment, machines, etc., and will be on site for several weeks – helping the event staff with everything from setup on through the cleanup effort.
