New Ad Network Targets Parents

There is a new ad network brewing. This one is created by three mompreneurs, and it will target parents just like them

Considered the first-ever ‘Made by Mom’ Canadian Vertical Advertising Network, they aim to attract parent bloggers and publishers.

“The power of mom (and dad) bloggers to influence buying decisions is undisputed, but often brands get on the bad side of bloggers by going about it the wrong way,” says Davies whose site for, by and about Everything Mom is written exclusively by mom (and dad) bloggers. “Our aim is to create a platform that bridges the gap between mom and dad bloggers and brands.”

The focus of the network will be connecting brands targeting moms with the publishers who reach them via their mom, dad, entrepreneur or kid-centered properties and creating synergistic campaigns that are both a win for advertisers and publishers.

“Because parent publishers are our readers, our community members and often our contributors, we truly understand their needs and more importantly, what frustrates them about working with brands,” says MOMeo Magazine.com Publisher Carla Young. “Our role is tuning into the social media buzz and understanding the latest thinking within the blogosphere and bringing that knowledge back to our advertiser partners.”
