Citybizlist Real Estate:
Denver-based Smashburger will break into the Brooklyn market in 2011 as part of a three-shop franchise agreement with 25/20 Management.
The new franchisee is led by Jim Denburg, managing member and an 18-year veteran of franchised restaurant locations.
Smashburger also has a franchisee planning 20 stores in Long Island and is seeking partners throughout New York City’s five boroughs.
