Sumo Salad Embraces Middle East

Franchising.net.au:

Healthy franchise, Sumo Salad, has teamed up with Middle Eastern eatery, Sabbaba, and opened a new restaurant in Newtown’s King Street.

The restaurant, which sells fresh Middle Eastern street food, has been serving the residents of Bondi for 11 years and there are plans for Sabbaba and Sumo Salad to open another two outlets in Sydney in 2011.

“This is an exciting period of expansion for both Sumo Salad and Nic and Erez, the founder of Sabbaba,” said Luke Baylis, managing director of Sumo Salad.
