Location means everything. Just ask the owner of the new Ace Hardware
in Everett, Judith Moratti. Her store, in the Claremont Village Shopping Center on Evergreen Way, opened for business on Dec. 7.
With plenty of parking and as the only hardware store of size west of I-5 between downtown Everett and south Everett, Moratti believes she is conveniently situated for local residents.
“There is another Ace (hardware store) in Silver Lake,†Moratti said. “But we are far enough apart and have a different enough demographic so that we are more like partners than competitors.â€
