Five Guys Burgers and Fries is planning to open Monday at 7954 Gall Blvd., within the Zephyr Commons shopping center.
The restaurant is in the process of hiring about 45 employees, said Dave Baker, director of operations for the Pasco and Hernando franchisee. Most of those employees will be part time.
“We’ve done some initial hiring, but we’ll probably do the main bulk of hiring in (this) week,” Baker said.
Those interested in a position should fill out an application at the location.
