Overacker loves that Miche bags are unique.
Miche has capitalized on purses being an essential accessory but adding convenience and affordability, Overacker said.
“What I was really impressed with was the idea; it was one of those things that are so simple that you think, ‘Why didn’t I invent it!’†she said.
She illustrates how interchangeable the purses are.
“You chose a base bag and then pick out what shell you want,†Overacker said, a black, leather strap base bag hanging from the crook of her left arm.
With her right arm, Overacker grabs a bright, tri- colored shell on display- magnetized to a metal rack hanging on the wall.
“All you have to do is snap one side in place, fold it under the base bag and the magnets grab it. It’s pretty easy,†she said. “There are many sizes of base bags, that come in different colors and Miche is always introducing new shells. Plus, you can customize your bags with different straps and accessories.â€
