Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill is opening its first Fort Collins restaurant in August offering Mediterranean fare such as pitas, laffa and garbanzo greens, its signature salad.
The Colorado-owned and operated franchise was founded by Alon Mor, who grew up along the Mediterranean.
Bob Bafundo, director of operations and franchise development, said the company has been in business since 2008 and has opened 13 restaurants along the Front Range.
The addition of the Fort Collins store along with a third store in Colorado Springs, will bring the total to 15.
