Sydney has proven to be a successful test market for mobile car cleaning franchise, Nanotek, which has recently completed development of a multi-unit franchising program aimed at helping franchisees expand their businesses.
Nanotek’s Operations Division manages the corporate operation in Sydney and has grown from a single unit business to a six mobile unit operation over the last 12 months as part of a strategic development plan, which CEO Jim Cornish saif has paid off.
“It was a challenge growing our operation in Sydney so quickly but proving the multi-unit franchise model worked was essential. We had to ensure the right systems, protocols, financial modelling and support was in place to roll this out to our franchisees,” he said.
“We expect each vehicle in our fleet to earn on average $80,000 a year with the projected annual revenue for our six unit operation tracking at $480,000.”
