Did you miss the buttons on your Blackberry when you switched to the iPhone? An inventor has tapped her way into the market to create a special stylus ring.

She came up with the idea of a special ring to make texting simpler. The silicone spheres, which come in a set of two for $30, slide over the tops of thumbs or index fingers.

A kind of button or knob on one side works as a stylus for iPhones, iPods, Android phones, Nintendo games and other touch-screen gadgets.

When you’re finished, Peters says, you can slide the ring back on your little finger.

With her design, Peters wanted to keep an eye on style. She solicited help from Gastonia’s Facet Foundry to give the ring a fashionable look.

After two years of trying, the ring is now available for pre-order on the website, TxtRng.com
