How Do You Roll, a fast-casual sushi restaurant, is coming to Jacksonville’s Tinseltown area.
Building permits were issued a week ago for the 1,800-square-foot restaurant at 9734 Deer Lake Court, near Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers, Cami Cakes and Cruisers Grill.
The restaurant is expected to open the first week of February, said Brittany McGee, How Do You Roll’s marketing associate.
The franchised location will be the first in Florida — and first east of the Mississippi River — for the seven-unit, 3-year-old Austin, Texas-based chain. All seven stores are in Texas, including four in Austin.
