With a decade of experience in the local fashion industry, homegrown couturier Anggun Collection is now ready to expand its business across the shorelines of Sarawak.
“After about 10 years in the industry, I believe that this would be the highest achievement ever for Anggun. Notwithstanding this, it will be also be our biggest challenge yet,†said Jamilah Shukri, founder and managing director of MMY Anggun Sdn Bhd – the brandholder of Anggun Collection – when met by The Borneo Post recently.
Explaining further, Jamilah disclosed that the business was at 99-per cent completion stage towards realising its franchising plan. Currently, Anggun Collection operates a main branch at Jalan Satok here and another at Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur.
