The local franchisee behind the Twin Peaks restaurant on Siegen Lane has extended its agreement with the Dalla chain to build a second location here and expand into Lafayette.
The restaurant, which touts “a mountain sports lodge setting†and food and beer served by “friendly and attractive Twin Peaks Girls,†has also signed a deal with a new franchisee in New Orleans. That deal, with SBC Restaurants LLC, will result in five stores in the New Orleans metro area, the chain said.
The Baton Rouge franchisee is C&L Enterprises and consists of real estate developers Jim Clark and Cotton Lloyd.
Twin Peaks spokeswoman Ashley Connor said there is not yet a timeline or addresses for the next Baton Rouge and Lafayette restaurants.
C&L and SBC were two of four franchisees the company said would ultimately add 19 locations to the current stable of 20.
