The owners of Oak Brook, Ill.-based Ravioli Oli have opened the restaurant’s first location created to bridge the gap between authentic, hand-crafted recipes served in a fast, modern and affordable restaurant.
The restaurant was opened six weeks by Jeff Barry.
â€œI love cooking for people and opening a restaurant in an area that brings people together was really important to me,â€ Barry said. â€œMeeting new people, supporting schools, giving back to the community, itâ€™s all part of being a good business resident and a great neighbor.â€
The menu at Ravioli Oli features fresh, hand rolled ravioli filled with sautÃ©ed veggies, seasoned meats, and artisan cheeses, along with summer salads, meatballs, fried calamari and more. Ravioli-inspired items include Spinach Artichoke Ravioli with Pesto Sauce, Cheese Ravioli with marinara sauce and Portabella Mushroom Ravioli with marinara sauce.
