‎Franchise India:

Edukart.com an online education portal has taken franchise route with the launch of its first master franchisee Ganesham Skills Academy in Rajasthan. On its expansion Ishan Gupta, CEO, EduKart.com said: “We are planning to have more and more franchising networks all across the country. Ganesham Skills Academy will be selling the CDs of our courses, launching training centres which would be powered by EduKart.com courses and also enrolling franchisees.”

“We are currently in conversation with leading business houses and entrepreneurs across many states. At the same time, we are also looking to talk to more entrepreneurs for rolling out our franchisees across India,” he further added.

There is no franchise fee to attain the franchise of the brand. However, there is a minimum investment that has to be made for buying the courses upfront when one enrolls as a franchisee. The minimum commitment and expected business will vary from state to state from Rs 20 lakh to Rs 1 crore. Similarly for any franchise in a city as well, there will be no enrolment fee. But a minimum commitment for the courses will be made.
