We reported earlier this year on Pizza News that Domino’s Pizza franchisee, Pali Grewal from Surrey, was training hard to ensure he was at the top of his game ready for the pizza making event held every other year by Domino’s in Las Vegas. Well, it appears the hard work more than paid off as we’re delighted to report that Pali retained the coveted fastest pizza maker title and remains the reigning champion.
The Surrey based Domino’s store franchisee, who’s been making pizzas since the age of 13, powered through the competition in Las Vegas where he beat off competitors from across the globe to win the title. Pali succeeded in creating the three large pizzas in just 43.9 seconds, that’s just 14 seconds per pizza! More.
