‎Lending A Helping Hand Turns Into A Viable Franchise

An ever-increasing demand for home-based care was the catalyst for one entrepreneur to introduce the US franchise model, Senior Helpers, to Australia.

Senior Helpers, a provider of home-based aged care services, was founded in the US in 2001 but brought to Australia last year by Paul Wheeler, who created the successful franchise Cartridge World.

Wheeler sold Cartridge World in 2007, and after a short break he and his former Cartridge World managing director, Mike Fuller, set up the Group Seven international franchise consultancy.
