Swedish-design-inspired stationery chain Kikki.K has announced it will franchise up to 10 of its stores as part of its vision for global expansion. Co-founder and CEO Paul Lacy talks about the brand and its franchise opportunities.
F: Why is the brand successful?
KK: Beautifully designed stationery is a small every-day-use luxury, a little indulgence often under $50 that just makes people feel good. It’s a more affordable option than say a new clothing outfit, but can make people feel just as good as an expression of their style. Our business has grown based on customers’ love of our unique products and passion for stationery and Swedish design.
