Swedish-design-inspired stationery chain Kikki.K has announced it will franchise up to 10 of its stores as part of its vision for global expansion. Co-founder and CEO Paul Lacy talks about the brand and its franchise opportunities.
F: Why is the brand successful?
KK: Beautifully designed stationery is a small every-day-use luxury, a little indulgence often under $50 that just makes people feel good. Itâ€™s a more affordable option than say a new clothing outfit, but can make people feel just as good as an expression of their style. Our business has grown based on customersâ€™ love of our unique products and passion for stationery and Swedish design.
