Liberty Tax Service has honored Richard and Ulla Brostrom, local franchisee as a 2012 Top Gun office at its 2012 International Convention in Virginia Beach, Va. This award recognizes the Brostroms as one of Liberty’s outstanding franchisee’s based on customer service, franchise rank, growth, profitability, customer retention, preparer compliance, training and internal corporate recommendations. Less than 5 percent of Liberty’s 1,600 franchise owners operating over 4,200 U.S. and Canadian offices qualify for the Top Gun award.
