Hardee’s Franchisee Deploys Video-Based Business Intelligence Solution

Envysion Inc., a Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, has announced that Boddie-Noell Enterprises has selected Envysion to provide video-driven business intelligence. Boddie-Noell, the operator of more than 330 Hardee’s, will utilize Envysion to drive improvements in loss prevention, operations and restaurant profitability.

“Envysion gives us unprecedented visibility into our restaurants so we can quickly identify and correct issues that impact performance,” said Ted Polensky, director of loss prevention at Boddie-Noell Enterprises. “By taking advantage of Envysion’s best practice, brand-specific exception reports, we anticipate a significant cash impact in each restaurant every month.”

Envysion integrates point of sale data and video to provide a video-driven business intelligence tool. Using Envysion, Boddie-Noell is able to track and reduce high risk transactions indicative of fraud, such as small dollar transactions and excessive voids.
